We are a family owned company located in Plainville, CT. Our primary business is industrial air filtration, where we help maintain clean air quality in CNC machine shops and other manufacturing facilities. We offer a wide range of services for MistBuster, CoolBlaster, Tri-Mist, and SmogHog systems. We service and maintain equipment, as well as sell parts to help keep your machines running smoothly with minimal downtime. Additionally, we manufacture and sell products designed to remove wood and pitch resin from all types of sanding belts.
Cleaning Bar
The first product is a dense, smoked rubber stick. You hold the stick against the rotating sanding belt, and it acts like an eraser, removing wood and pitch resin from the belt. The bars come in one standard size (1.5” x 1.5” x 8”). The NU-LIFE Belt Cleaning Bar breaks down more slowly, lasting twice as long as traditional crepe cleaning bars, and performs better at removing wood residue. It can also clean abrasives clogged with metal, plastic, and leather.
Resin Remover
The second product is a water based alkaline cleaner, is non-flammable & biodegradable. NU-LIFE PITCH & RESIN REMOVER was developed for cleaning abrasive sanding belts used on wide belt sanders where the belt in not exposed, and consequently unable to be cleaned with the belt cleaning bar. Nu-Life Liquid Pitch & Resin Remover works instantly on paper or cloth backed belts.
